The Pignoletto on the nose reveals a delicate, fresh, slightly aromatic smell of pear; the taste is full, dry but slightly biting, warm, harmonious. Serving temperature 9-12°C.
Excellent as a paritive, it goes well with aperitifs, shellfish, white meats and classic Emilian first courses.
