Grapes harvested early for lower sugar levels and higher natual acids. The Mourvedre was whole cluster pressed and all other varieties taken direct to press with minimal skin contact. A long, cool fermentaion preserved delicate aromatics. The latest release is bright with juicy strawberry, stone fruit & citrus. Delicately tinted & vibrant.
